If the "Have you forgotten your password?" button does not work in the App, please check that you have correctly followed the steps described in our article Create password.


If after following these steps the error persists, it may be that you are not yet registered in Zapiens. To check it, please write us by clicking on the link "New support ticket", which you will find at the top right side of this article.

If the problem is technical, we will need the following information from you:

  1. Type of error: error message, button block, etc

    1. If you're using the web version:

      • Your browser, for example: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc

    2. If you're using the App:

      • Mobile device model

      • Operating system of the mobile device

      • Version of the Zapiens App installed
