How to delete a user?


How to edit a user?


If you want to edit any detail of a specific user:

  1. Go to the "Users" area on the left side menu and click on the "User" section

  2. Find the person you want to edit in the user list

  3. Click on the user or click on the "Three-dots vertical" button on the right and select the "Edit" option

  4. Modify the sections you want: User, Name, Surname, Email, Profile Photo, Segments and values previously created, Sex, Birthdate, Phone, Job Position, Admin, Theme Admin, Password

  5. Click on the "Save" button








Note: If you edit the "User" field you must also include a password.


Note: If you want to change a segment value, you must first create it. Check out our article Create a Segment Value

How to delete a user?

  1. Go to the "Users" area on the left side menu and click on the "User" section

  2. Find the person you want to delete from the user list

  3. Click on the ""Three-dots vertical" button on the right and select "delete" or select the user and click on "trash"

  4. On the pop-up screen, click on the "Delete" button








Note: If you delete a user from the user list:

  1. Their associated activity is still included in the metrics of the Administration Area

  2. If the user is participating in an “In progress" training, the user is automatically removed from the training and his/her associated activity is not taken into account in the Knowledge Dashboard metrics


Note: Removing a user from the user list is an irreversible action, be careful when you do it.
