If you are trying to access Zapiens and you have not received an email with the subject "Greetings from Zapiens" please check your Spam folder.
If after performing this check you do not find it, but:
You know your Zapiens user:
You will need to create a password. Follow the instructions in our article Create password
You don't know your Zapiens user:
Write to us by clicking on the link "New help ticket", which you will find at the top right at the beginning of this article.
Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.
