The "New Password" button has expired

The "New Password" button will be active for one hour from the receipt of the email.
If you are trying to recover your password from the Administration Area and the button has expired:
Click on "New Password"
In the new pop-up window, click on the link in the following message: "Oops! The link has expired, you can retrieve your password here"
Enter your username or email
Accept the "I'm not a robot" captcha
Click on "Send"
Follow the instructions in the email you will receive in your inbox with the subject: [Zapiens] - Remember password
Note: Remember that your credentials are the same for access to the Administration Area, the App and the web version. You can reset your password in any of these tools.
