To become a Helper of one or several categories, your organization must give you that authority. If you are a Helper you will be able to answer your teammates’ questions. The more questions you answer each week, the more points you will get.

If the "Helpers" section is empty it means that no one has answered any question in the last week, so take the opportunity to answer your teammates’ questions, get points and become a "Top Helper"!

How to access the Helpers section?

1. Click on the "Tops" area in the Lower Menu

2. Click on the "Helpers" section to access the list of people who most help your teammates within your organization

3. You will be able to access the "Statistics" and "Achievements" of the "Helpers":

   1. Click on a teammate’s Name and Surname

   2. Click on the "Statistics" area to see the categories he/she has helped the most over the last week and the number of responses

   3. Click on the "Achievements" area to see the list of achievements, his/her progress and the levels he/she has unlocked

   4. Click on the "Arrow" button at the top left to return to the "Helpers" list

4. Click on any other area in the Lower Menu to exit the "Tops" area
