There are four different lists of questions in Zapiens:

• Reported

• Without answer

• With only one answer

• Completed

In order for you to manage the questions easily, we recommend that you apply filters, and search or view them in groups: 

You can filter by:

1. Questions with or without multimedia

   • Click on the "circle" to select questions with or without multimedia

   • To remove the filter, click on the "circle" again

2. Questions from one or more categories

3. Questions created on a specific date

4. Questions with or without pills

   • Click on the "circle" to select questions with or without a pill

   • To remove the filter, click on the "circle" again

You can search by:

1. A specific question

2. The author or authors of the question

3. A specific answer

You can view by:

1. Groups of 10, 25, 50 or 100 questions

Note: Remember that if a list has no questions, that list disappears from the Administration Area. For example, if no one has reported a question or you have managed all the reported questions, the list of "Reported" questions disappears and you will not be able to download this list.
