To manage these questions, follow these steps:
Go to the "Questions" area on the left side menu and click on the "Question" section to access the list of questions
Next to the "Reported" section, a red dot will appear with the number of questions to be managed
Mouse over the reported question you want to manage
A drop-down menu will appear with the following options: "Edit question" "Edit answers" "View"
Click on the "View" button to access the "Report Description", the "Author", the "Date" and the "Discard Report" option
If after reading the report you consider that the user is not right, you can delete the report in two ways:
Click on "Discard report"
Or click on the "Three-dots vertical" button and then click on the "Delete" button
The user will receive a default message
If after reading the description you think the user is right, you can edit the question as follows:
Click on "Edit question"
After making the appropriate changes, click on the "Save" button
If you want to add a custom message, write your message and click on "Continue"
If you don't want to add a custom message, click on "Close", "Continue" or on the "x" button in the window, without adding text. In this case, the user will receive a default message
Note: If you want to edit a question further, click on "Advanced options" or click on the "Three-dots vertical" button and then click on "Edit" to access all the sections of a question: status, category, question, multimedia, answers and training pills.
Note: In the "Status" section of a question you can check the history on the following blocks of information:
Asked: Who has asked this question from the App and the date
Answered: Who answered that question and the date
Edited: Who edited the question and the date
